2. Portfolio Portfolio means any collection of oil and gas leases, wells, mineral interests, royalty interests held in any entity — personal, trust, LLC, LP.

4. Fee $0 to find what portfolio is owed. Non-certified Portfolio Variance Report with 1 statement; 24 months preferred. 30% of Gross Recovery actually collected per Exhibit C. No retainer.

5. Proof Package CDEX / EnergyLink / OpenInvoice databases for proof — Division Order deck, allocation list, pricing/BTU/deduction, settlement. Exhibit B authorization required.

6. Statutes TX 4yr §16.004; OK 5yr 12 O.S. §95; NM 4yr §37-1-4; ND 6yr §28-01-16. Operator policy 24-month reimbursement.
