1. What We Collect Name, work email, company, phone, primary state, lease count range in portfolio, operator/notes, clearinghouse file metadata only with explicit client-authorized access, IP, honeypot, timestamps.

2. Four States Data Use Texas Form PR 16 TAC §3.32 public via RRC PDQ; NM C-115 19.15.7 NMAC public via OCD Online IPRA; ND Form 6 NDAC 43-02-08-16 public via NDIC DMR; OK 1002A OAC 165:10-3-25 public via OCC. No confidential logs.

3. Use To find underpaid royalties portfolio didn't know was missing, compliance check, Portfolio Variance Report, Proof Package where authorized, fraud prevention.

4. Clearinghouse Files CDEX / EnergyLink / OpenInvoice are databases for Proof Package — Division Order deck, allocation list, pricing/BTU/deduction, settlement. Exhibit B read-only, encrypted in transit and at rest, deleted per retention (30 days post-completion).

5. Sharing Service providers only: Cloudflare Workers hosting, email delivery for leads, clearinghouse portals only with Exhibit B authorization. No ad trackers.

6. Security TLS 1.3 in transit, AES-256 at rest, isolated tenancy, rate limiting, no password database, SOC 2 Type II ready practices. No internal infrastructure identifiers are disclosed.
